Are you an organised and proactive recruitment professional with experience working within the healthcare or care sector? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key?
This is a fully remote, full-time position, initially offered on a six-month fixed-term contract. The recruitment coordinator will support a key area of the business through an exciting period of expansion and will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising vacancies to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team.
Overview
The role focuses on full-lifecycle recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, job description development, posting adverts across multiple platforms, and overseeing applications via the company’s applicant tracking system. You will also engage directly with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to shape job descriptions, post adverts, and manage applications via the ATS.
- Maintain proactive candidate communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Lead the company’s in-depth compliance process, ensuring all qualifications and documentation are up to date.
- Conduct audits, maintain records in line with GDPR, and minimise risk in HR processes.
- Coordinate new joiner paperwork and inductions, ensuring HR processes are followed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience in a recruitment environment (in-house or agency-based).
- Healthcare or care sector experience is advantageous with strong knowledge of compliance processes.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to assess candidate suitability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent telephone manner.
