Are you a passionate and service-driven Property Manager who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients? Do you have experience in managing reactive and planned maintenance, with the ability to juggle numerous priorities? We are supporting a growing and well-respected estate agency in Edgbaston in their search for a Property Manager, with a strong focus on customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance via Jupix software (PropertyFile)
- Handle block management issues, coordinate safety certificates and access arrangements
- Take ownership of selective licensing applications and amendments, utility notifications and void billing
- Manage mid-term inspections, contractor relationships, rent increase notices (Section 13), and the administration of tenancy addendums
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Handle minor tenant complaints, onboard new property portfolios, and provide out-of-hours emergency support on a rota basis
