We have a great opportunity for a self-motivated Residential Property Manager to join a thriving Property Management company based in South Birmingham.
As the Residential Property Manager, this rewarding and challenging role will see you managing and having full responsibility for overseeing the firm's portfolio of 500 residential properties. By utilising your fantastic administration and communication skills, and with a truly service-driven approach, you will liaise extensively with your clients, travelling around sites across the West Midlands to support with the ongoing management and maintenance of their properties.
As the main point of contact with clients throughout the duration of their relationship with the business, you will keep an open line of communication, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. As the Residential Property Manager for 15 blocks, you will be visible on-site, conducting regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, capital improvement projects, and risk management issues.
Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to deliver high-quality services within budget and on schedule, you will implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents. In this exciting and varied role, you will update and maintain a bespoke in-house database system, providing essential confidential information and ensuring complete accuracy in all you do when administering your clientsβ accounts. Managing 500 properties across the Midlands, the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise workloads will be essential.
Qualifications- 2 years of experience in a similar Property Manager or Block Manager position
- Good knowledge of property management principles, legislation, and regulations
- Proactive, highly organised, strong communication skills, able to think on your feet
- Outstanding administrator, natural organiser, detail driven and able to make quick decisions
- Excellent team player who offers commitment to excellence
