Overview

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end digital capability and drive the next phase of our Smart Factory journey. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering real outcomes—using AI, automation and data to improve productivity, efficiency and how work gets done across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation across all business areas
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across operations and support functions
  • Oversee digital infrastructure, systems and platforms
  • Manage and prioritise a small in-house development team
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business improvements
