We are expanding our OSD Sales team, recruiting a National Key Account Manager based in the UK to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting Rayner OTC products and expanding our market awareness and presence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for incremental growth of the AEON products in the UK.
  • Identify sales opportunities in new and existing accounts and pursue potential leads to expand the customer base in Pharmacy, Hospital and Optical accounts.
  • Train and coach Optical Groups and Independent accounts on the benefits of AEON products.
  • Analyse customer data and market trends to develop strategic account planning and optimise sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Utilise Salesforce to track interactions, update account information, and generate reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Provide ongoing customer support when required, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Attend Optical/Pharma related events deemed strategic and profitable for AEON growth targets.
  • Any other ad hoc business that arises.

What Experience & Skills You Will Need

  • 3 years + Account Management and Sales experience within optical/retail sales.
  • Hold a minimum of an undergraduate degree in business/life science or a related subject.
  • Experience in a field-based position.
  • Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A strong team player.
  • Target orientated and highly motivated to exceed goals and expectations.
  • Adaptive and open-minded approach.
  • Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the UK.
  • Optical experience is desirable but not essential.
