Rayner Surgical Group is seeking an experienced PM to lead innovative new product development and process enhancements from concept to launch at their Global HQ in Worthing. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Production, IS and Marketing, and ensure design control and QMS alignment.
The role reports to the Head of NPD Projects and requires strong project governance, risk management and supplier collaboration to deliver on time, cost and quality targets.
