Rayner Surgical Group is expanding its Supply Chain team at our Global HQ in Worthing, UK. You will track inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate purchasing to secure supply continuity across Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, Suppliers and logistics partners.
You will lead a team, develop monthly demand forecasts, review planning horizons, support S&OP, identify risks, monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement to enable timely product.
