The primary role of the Associate Territory Manager will be to provide support, education, training, and advice on the application of products within the Rayner product portfolio. You will be working with Rayner's existing key customers across the NHS and Private sector across the North-East of England and Scotland. We are considering applicants that are based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with Clinicians, Theatre staff and all other key healthcare professionals providing support where necessary in Rayner's Key accounts.
- Implement ongoing training plans with Rayner's key customer base in line with customer requirements.
- Identify areas of sales growth within key accounts.
- Support educational program activities regionally.
- Consignment management in key accounts in line with KPI's.
- Build and maintain key Surgeon and Clinical relationships across the regions Key Accounts.
- Responsible for planning own time appropriately to maximise efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with Territory manager on respective regions.
- Effectively use CRM system and undertake appropriate administration to demonstrate effective performance.
- Work with respective Territory Manager to develop local business plans that fall in line with the Key Account plans and strategy.
- At all times be aware of and work to the requirements of the Company's policies and directions on Health and Safety.
What Experience Do You Need
- University degree qualification or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Looking to join a fast-paced growing environment with a view to grow into a sales role.
- Highly competent with MS Office.
- Full UK Driving License.
