We're recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a busy, market‑leading estate agency in Weymouth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can win business, manage a pipeline confidently, and help drive results across the branch.

Responsibilities
- Register applicants, qualify requirements, and match buyers to suitable properties
- Conduct and/or coordinate viewings and provide strong feedback to vendors
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure the best outcome
- Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion (with pipeline updates)
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and local networking
- Carry out market appraisals/valuations (depending on experience) and support instructions
- Maintain excellent CRM notes and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Support and mentor junior negotiators where needed and lead by example
