An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer or lister to join a highly successful and award-winning lettings team based in High Wycombe as Valuations Manager. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high compliance standards.
The Role
- Providing customers with realistic valuations on their investment properties.
- Agreeing targets on new instructions to let.
- Maintaining and adhering to fees as per company policy and conversion rate in line with targets.
- Liaising with landlords and being responsible for stock retention throughout the process.
- Upselling products to existing and new landlords.
- Prospect for new business using companies internal tools and systems.
- Assist in business generation in order to maximise branch opportunity.
Experience Required
- Previous experience within residential lettings or sales in a valuers role.
- Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
