The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
In this role, you’ll be out and about—inspecting homes, assessing conditions, spotting issues before they become problems, and putting together detailed, professional reports that clients can actually understand and act on. There’ll be a limited amount of valuation work in the mix too.
You’ll be the expert on-site, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and fellow property pros, so strong communication skills are key. If you’re confident in your surveying skills and thrive on variety, independence, and responsibility, this one’s for you.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience carrying out residential property surveys and assessments
- A sound understanding of building construction, current regulations, and safety standards
- Sharp analytical thinking and a knack for problem-solving on the fly
- Top-notch written and verbal communication—clarity is key when you’re translating property jargon for clients
- Comfortable working solo and managing your own time while out in the field
- Confident using surveying tools and modern software (no dusty clipboards here)
- High attention to detail—you spot the cracks others miss
- RICS and/or VRS accredited (non-negotiable, we need the real deal)
- A valid UK driving licence—you’ll be on the move, after all. Car Allowance and mileage paid.
- Must have good recent L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation experience – L3 support will be provided.
No business generation, all work provided through a bespoke platform. Permanent salaried role with a bonus scheme and remote working.
