RAYNER PERSONNEL is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager for its Southwold office.
You will manage the lettings process, build landlord and tenant relationships, and drive growth for the department.
The role offers a basic salary around £30,000 with realistic OTE £45,000-£50,000, and a 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday schedule with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
ARLA qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
