We are recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a successful Southampton agency operating in a higher-end residential market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys quality stock, strong client relationships, and progressing sales from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to offer, negotiation, and agreed sale
- Conduct viewings and build strong rapport with buyers and vendors
- Generate new business opportunities (valuations, instructions, referrals)
- Provide excellent communication and updates to clients throughout the sales journey
- Work closely with the wider office team to hit monthly targets and maintain service standards
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM and ensure compliance/best practice is followed
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential estate agency sales
- Confident handling negotiations and progressing deals end-to-end
- Experience working with higher-value / premium property or a clear desire to move into that market
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Package
Basic salary: 30,000 - 35,000 OTE: 45,000
