You’ll deliver a high standard of residential surveying and valuation services, primarily for private clients, with responsibilities including:
- RICS Home Surveys : Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 reports
- Private client valuations , including:
- Probate
- Matrimonial
- Financial planning
- Private finance / secured lending
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local agents, solicitors, brokers and private clients
- Managing your own workload efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
While our focus is private client work, we’re also keen to speak with surveyors who have a strong track record in:
- Lender valuation work
- Shared Ownership
- Help to Buy schemes
Experience in development appraisal valuation and/or commercial property valuation would be welcomed. If you’re looking to broaden your valuation skills into these areas, we can fully support your development and progression.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)
You’ll ideally have:
- MRICS qualification (Chartered Surveyor)
- Registered Valuer (RV) status
- Proven experience completingLevel 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private clients
- Strong local knowledge and established contacts withinWest Sussex and/orBerkshire / Surrey residential markets
- A professional, proactive approach with excellent communication and report-writing skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a central support team
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Working Pattern & Support
These roles are predominantly home-based , working closely with our Chandlers Ford Head Office survey co-ordinators. You’ll be fully supported by the central team and Directors, ensuring you have the structure and backing to focus on delivering great work and growing your local market presence.
