An established and highly regarded estate agency is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its thriving residential sales office in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious property professional to step into a senior leadership role within a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Driving growth in market share, revenue, and service standards
- Conducting valuations and securing new instructions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to support their development
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Supporting local marketing and business development initiatives
- Strong track record in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager level
- Confident leader with excellent people management skills
- Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation and closing ability
- Motivated by targets and business growth
- Familiarity with the Slough property market is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped OTE (typically £50,000+)
