Area Director – Residential Sales | South West & South East London

Basic up to £100K (£175K OTE)

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Area Director to lead a portfolio of sales offices across South West and South East London.

This opportunity suits an experienced area or multi-branch leader, or an exceptional Branch Manager ready to step up into senior leadership.

The Role

• Lead, inspire and develop branch teams across the region
• Take full accountability for performance, profitability and market share
• Drive consistent operational standards and a high-performance culture
• Coach and develop managers to maximise results
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Act as a visible brand ambassador, leading from the front
