  • Ensure a consistent student-first approach across all customer interactions
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, campaigns, and messaging
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to improve customer journeys and reduce friction

There is real opportunity here to shape a function, influence wider business strategy, and build a high-performing team that directly contributes to company growth.

About You

  • Proven experience leading a B2C sales team within a high-volume or consumer-focused environment
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Experience managing performance through busy or rapidly changing periods
  • A commercially minded approach with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting
