Service Charge Officer

Service Charge Accountant – Edgware, HA8

We are working with a respected property business in Middlesex that is seeking an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join their finance team. This is a key role supporting the Finance Manager, where you’ll take ownership of service charge accounting processes and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing year-end service charge accounts
• Liaising with external accountants, tenants, clients and suppliers
• Supporting budget reviews and raising service charge demands
• Completing bank reconciliations and assisting with arrears
• Supporting audits and reporting requirements

About you:

• Strong communication and Excel skills
• Qube experience beneficial
• Team-focused and proactive approach
