This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with 2+ years of residential sales experience to take their next step in a quality‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales to completion.
- Support in winning new sales instructions through rapport‑building and valuations (not essential).
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.
- Contribute to branch performance and team success.
About You
- 2–3+ years’ experience in residential sales (Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level).
- Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Professional, personable, and customer‑focused.
- Motivated, target‑driven, and a proactive team player.
- Local knowledge of Fleet and surrounding areas (advantageous).
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
- Experience in conducting valuations desirable but not essential.
