About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded residential property business operating across some of London's most prestigious developments. This role is ideal for a driven property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is looking for genuine career progression within a supportive and high-performing team.

You will take ownership of the full lettings cycle — from qualifying applicants and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and managing successful move‑ins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting professional property viewings across a portfolio of residential developments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties effectively and efficiently
  • Managing negotiations from initial offer through to completion and key handover
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings journey
  • Managing and maintaining an active applicant and property pipeline
  • Staying informed on local market trends, pricing, and lettings legislation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within residential lettings or estate agency
  • Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance procedures
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
