An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful and award-winning lettings team based in High Wycombe. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high compliance standards.
The Role
- Manage the full applicant journey from initial registration through to move-in, including:
- Conducting property viewings
- Applicant registration and qualification
- Referencing and AML checks
- Tenancy progression and creation
- Handover into the property management CRM
- Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the process
- Upselling products to existing and new landlords
- Discuss and update landlords on marketing of their properties
- Assist and support the office with the day-to-day running and branch administration
- Assist in business generation and support in the branch achieving monthly sales targets
Experience Required
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation
