As the local property expert for East London, you'll be responsible for winning instructions, generating business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities include:- Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and building a pipeline of business
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Managing client relationships from instruction through to completion
