We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Property Valuer & Lister to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals.
  • Convert valuation appointments into sole agency instructions.
  • Advise vendors on pricing strategies, marketing, and the sales process.
  • Prepare and launch high-quality property listings.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct viewings when required and provide detailed feedback.
  • Support negotiations and sales progression to completion.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date using property software systems.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales, valuations, or property listings.
  • Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
  • Strong knowledge of the London residential property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using property CRM systems (Reapit preferred).
  • Professional, organised, and target-driven approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
