Negotiator – Well thought of, local independent agent  – GuildfordJoin a growing team! We're seeking a driven Negotiator to facilitate property transactions and build client relationships.Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage sales/lettings.
• Provide excellent customer service and market insights.
• Generate leads and complete necessary administration.

Requirements:

• Sales/negotiation experience (estate agency preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Local market knowledge (or willingness to learn).
• Full UK driving license & own vehicle.
