We're recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a busy, market‑leading estate agency in Weymouth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can win business, manage a pipeline confidently, and help drive results across the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Register applicants, qualify requirements, and match buyers to suitable properties
  • Conduct and/or coordinate viewings and provide strong feedback to vendors
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure the best outcome
  • Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion (with pipeline updates)
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and local networking
  • Carry out market appraisals/valuations (depending on experience) and support instructions
  • Maintain excellent CRM notes and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Support and mentor junior negotiators where needed and lead by example

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential estate agency (senior level)
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads to deals
  • Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach
  • Highly organised with solid pipeline management and follow‑up habits
  • Commercially aware and motivated by results
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (typically required)

Desirable

  • Valuation experience / listing exposure
  • Local knowledge of Weymouth and surrounding areas
  • Estate agency qualifications (not essential)
