About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property sales and guide clients through the buying and selling process
  • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Arrange and carry out property viewings to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry professionals (e.g. solicitors and mortgage advisors)
  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential leads
  • Support the Branch Manager in driving team performance and success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate agency or a sales-based role
  • Strong track record of converting valuations into instructions/sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Target‑driven and self‑motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment

  • Full UK driving licence
