We are a busy, well-established and high-performing estate agency branch with a strong market presence and consistent stock levels. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to earn well, progress quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment where results are recognised and rewarded.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £23,000
- Realistic OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 (uncapped commission)
- Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months

The Role
This is a target-driven estate agency role focused on winning instructions, generating new business, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and convert leads into instructions
- List and market properties to maximise exposure and achieve best prices
- Provide expert advice to vendors and buyers
- Generate new business through canvassing, prospecting, and referrals
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with the team to maximise branch performance
- Support with team leadership when required
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer within estate agency
- Proven track record in winning instructions and hitting targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Driven, ambitious, and money-motivated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
