An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful estate agency in the heart of Canary Wharf. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Lister who thrives on winning instructions, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a Sales Lister, you will generate new business, carry out market appraisals, secure instructions, and manage vendors throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
- Generate new business through prospecting, canvassing and referrals
- Negotiate offers and progress sales as required
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Work towards and exceed individual and branch KPIs
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the business professionally within the local community
About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Lister, Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building ability
- Highly motivated and target‑driven
- Professional, well‑presented and organised
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are essential
