Location: Albury, Guildford

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5.30pm

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Rural Practice Surveyor to support a wide range of rural consultancy work, including valuations, landlord & tenant matters, environmental schemes, agricultural consultancy, utilities, compulsory purchase and rural estate management. You’ll also play a key role in business development, helping to grow new work streams across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver advice across rural property matters
  • Prepare RICS‑compliant valuation reports
  • Support landowners with Rural Grant schemes
  • Assist with utilities and compulsory purchase claims
  • Advise on agricultural tenancies and licences
  • Help clients maximise property income
  • Manage day‑to‑day rural estate matters

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS (FAAV preferred)
  • Strong rural sector experience
  • Confident in winning new work
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong networker and relationship‑builder
  • Knowledge of farming and the rural environment
  • Full UK driving licence + access to a car
  • Permanent right to work in the UK
