About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the leading independent estate agency in the Royston area as a Sales Progressor. This is a key role within a successful and growing business, responsible for managing and progressing property sales from offer agreed through to completion. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of customer service to buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a pipeline of agreed property sales through to completion.
- Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay the sales process.
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain excellent communication throughout the transaction.
- Monitor key milestones and ensure all parties remain informed and engaged.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing expectations effectively.
- Help maximise completion rates and minimise fall-throughs.
About You
- Previous experience in a Sales Progression, Estate Agency, Conveyancing, Property Administration, or similar property-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
