You will become an integral part of our dynamic and expanding Telecoms team within a leading, national firm of Chartered Surveyors, supporting a client base of over 1,000 landowners and property stakeholders across the United Kingdom.

We will support you through your APC journey to achieve MRICS status.

You will be involved in advising landowners and landlords against mobile telephone network operators in this fast changing and growing market.

This role offers exposure to a diverse and high-value range of professional work, including Lease Renewals, Wayleave Agreements, Portfolio Management, Redevelopment strategies, Consents and Upgrades, Rent Reviews, Leasehold Sales, Access and much more.

You will gain early responsibility and direct involvement in client advisory and negotiation strategy, developing a strong understanding of the Electronic Communication Code and its practical application.

Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will contribute to delivering focused outcomes for a wide range of clients, from private landowners to institutional portfolios.

  • Salary and package
  • Permanent position.
  • Fulltime Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
  • 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
  • Starting salary of £27,000 per annum.

Qualifications and skills

  • A RICS accredited Undergraduate or Master's degree is required to enable working towards RICS qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • A keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Liaising with Landlords, Mobile Network Operators and their Agents, Engineers, Contractors and Solicitors.
  • Seek to agree Heads of Terms on Lease Renewals and New Lettings.
  • Assist in the organisation of access to sites and buildings for surveys.
  • Undertake rent reviews.
  • Work with Engineers on advising your Clients on upgrades to their Telecoms apparatus.
  • Proactively monitor your Clients' Portfolios to achieve the best results as possible for your Clients.
  • Other requirements
  • Must have the permanent right to work in the U. K.
  • Clean full driving license
  • Use of a car.
