You will support a national client base of landowners and property stakeholders, with the aim of achieving MRICS status through APC guidance and mentorship.
Responsibilities include advising landowners and landlords on Lease Renewals, Wayleaves, Rent Reviews and upgrades to telecoms infrastructure, while gaining exposure to Code and negotiation strategy.
