£29,000 Basic Salary + Guaranteed Earnings £65,000 OTE

Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll work closely with homebuyers and estate agency colleagues to provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, build relationships, and generate warm leads.
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
- Building long‑term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Working closely with estate agency teams to generate warm leads
- Advising on mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
- Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
Qualifications
- CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Professional, well presented and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence essential
