While this is a remote position, candidates must live within approximately 2.5 hours of Reading to attend essential quarterly meetings and occasional face‑to‑face training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive protection reviews with clients via phone or video consultation.
- Advise on a bespoke range of products, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, and Family Income Benefit.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and receive excellent service.
- Manage your own diary efficiently to accommodate pre‑booked appointments.
- Maintain strict compliance standards in line with industry regulations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualifications: You must hold a relevant industry qualification—either CeMAP 1 or Ro5 (or equivalents) is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record as a successful Protection Adviser or Financial Adviser with strong closing skills.
- Location & Travel: Based within a 2.5‑hour radius of Reading and willing to travel for occasional corporate meetings.
