A well-established, high-performing estate agency in Goring-on-Thames is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full responsibility for a busy and successful residential sales office. You will have overall accountability for the performance, profitability and reputation of the branch. That means owning the numbers, setting clear targets, monitoring KPIs and making sure the team consistently delivers against them.
At the same time, you will be coaching, motivating and developing your team to raise performance across the board. This role requires strong commercial awareness and the confidence to make decisions. You will be proactive in generating new business, building relationships within the local community and ensuring the branch remains visible and competitive in the Goring market.
Maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and operational efficiency will be part of your day-to-day responsibility.
