Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estate Agent to join our Nailsea team.

This role covers Nailsea, Backwell, Yatton, Clevedon and surround villages, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse marketplace that ranges from first-time homes to large country properties.

This is a full-time position; five-day working week.

Duties

  • Generate New Business: Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from our website and other portals, and engage in canvassing activities.
  • Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations.
  • Client Engagement: Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and feedback.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.

Progression: Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with both the vendor and purchaser together with solicitors, mortgage brokers/surveyors, and other agents.

Skills

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a senior or consultative capacity.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Basic salary ranging from £27,000 to £29,000 depending on experience, with a realistic and achievable OTE of £35,000 - Additional incentives and commissions too..!
