They are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across 6+ branches in the Oxfordshire/Reading/Slough and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities for this Mortgage Area Manager role:

  • You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of 8+ brokers across multiple branches.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success.

Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role:

  • Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations from an Estate Agency background will be considered.
  • Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • An in-depth understanding of mortgage products and services.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Full UK drivers licence required.
