Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients has made them a trusted name in the industry. They are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across 6+ branches in the Oxfordshire/Reading/Slough and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities for this Mortgage Area Manager role:
- You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of 8+ brokers across multiple branches.
- Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region.
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success.
Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role:
- Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations from an Estate Agency background will be considered.
- Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- An in-depth understanding of mortgage products and services.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Full UK drivers licence required.
