What You\’ll Need

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in a broker role
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude

What You\’ll Get

• Realistic OTE of £70,000 – £90,000 (based on current team performance)
