About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded residential property business operating across some of London's most prestigious developments. This role is ideal for a driven property professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and is looking for genuine career progression within a supportive and high‑performing team.
You will take ownership of the full lettings cycle — from qualifying applicants and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and managing successful move‑ins.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting professional property viewings across a portfolio of residential developments
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
Matching applicants to suitable properties effectively and efficiently
Managing negotiations from initial offer through to completion and key handover
Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings journey
Managing and maintaining an active applicant and property pipeline
Staying informed on local market trends, pricing, and lettings legislation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience within residential lettings or estate agency
Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance procedures
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, confident, and personable approach
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Self‑motivated with a proactive and solution‑focused mindset
Ability to work effectively in a busy, target‑driven environment
