A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join a well-established and growing advisory business, working fully remotely and managing your own diary. This is a genuine opportunity, ideal for an adviser who already has an existing client bank/pipeline and wants to maximise earnings with excellent commission splits, strong support, and long-term stability. OTE of £70k+ in Year 1 is achievable for the right adviser.

  • 80% procurement fee
  • 80% mortgage fee

The role:

You will advise clients from enquiry through to completion, delivering compliant mortgage and protection advice while providing an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full client journey from fact-find to completion
  • Providing compliant mortgage advice through the network
  • Advising on protection products to support clients appropriately
  • Maintaining excellent client service, communication and file quality
  • Managing your pipeline effectively and independently
  • Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping in line with network standards

Candidate requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • A strong existing client bank / pipeline (essential)
  • Confidence in selling protection (important)
  • Strong compliance mindset and high attention to detail
  • Professional, consultative approach to advice and client service
  • Ability to work independently, stay organised and manage workload remotely

No admin is provided as standard. Admin packages are available through the network at a cost, should the adviser require additional support.
