An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Lettings or Senior Lettings Manager to lead a successful residential lettings team in Parsons Green. This role is ideal for a driven, commercially minded individual looking to progress within a well-established and growing estate agency brand. You will be responsible for driving lettings performance, winning new business, and managing key landlord and tenant relationships within one of London's most sought-after property markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of lettings negotiators
  • Drive new lets, renewals, and overall branch revenue
  • Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and tenants
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and oversee deals through to completion

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager, or Head of Lettings
  • Proven track record in generating new business and exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Parsons Green or wider South West London lettings market
  • ARLA qualified or currently working towards qualification
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Commercially aware and target-driven mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
