Lettings Senior Negotiator/Valuation Manager

Based in our Newton Abbot Office

Are you an ambitious lettings professional ready to take the next step in your career?

Our client is expanding our lettings business and are searching for either an experienced Senior Negotiator with strong listing experience or a proven Valuation Manager to join our Newton team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of a busy lettings operation, with the backing of an established branch and a central support team who handle much of the compliance and admin, leaving you free to focus on growing instructions, delivering great service, and building lasting relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Winning new instructions and conducting valuations
  • Driving lettings revenue and pipeline growth
  • Managing viewings, applications, and move-ins
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional client journey from valuation to keys handed over
  • Working closely with the Branch Manager and central support team to deliver results

What we’re looking for

  • Strong lettings knowledge and industry experience
  • Proven track record in valuations and winning instructions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills

What’s on offer

  • Car allowance: £3,600 per annum
  • Commission: c. £10,000 per annum (as a guide)
  • Ongoing support and development from an experienced team
