I'm looking for a confident Lettings Negotiator who already understands the lettings process, can hit the ground running, and brings a genuine growth mindset.
What you’ll do:
- Support the lettings team across valuations, viewings and move‑ins
- Deliver great service to landlords and tenants
- Help drive new business and maintain strong local relationships
- Keep the process compliant, organised and moving smoothly
What you’ll need:
- Experience within lettings and understanding of the full process
- Proactive, commercially aware and ready to step straight in
- Strong communication skills and a positive, ambitious attitude
- Full UK driving licence + own car
Hours:
Mon–Fri: 8:45–18:00
Sat: 9:00–17:00 (alternate Saturdays with a day in lieu)
