We are recruiting on behalf of a premier, 4.6-star Trustpilot-rated property brand that is currently expanding its branch sales team.
This role is designed for a high-performing property professional who wants to secure market share, drive branch profitability, and step up to support team leadership.
- Base Salary: £23,000 per annum (plus a guaranteed earnings period for the first 3 months to secure your pipeline transition).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): A realistic £40,000 per annum. The commission structure is completely uncapped, putting your income potential in your own hands.
- Company Vehicle: Choose between a dedicated company car or a £2,500 annual car allowance.
- Work Pattern & Balance: A flexible 5-day weekly schedule designed with work-life balance in mind, ensuring you get every third Saturday completely off.
- Premium Benefits: 33 days of paid holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, holiday commission, a structured career path with financial sponsorship for Propertymark/EA qualifications, pension, life insurance, and corporate reward schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert marketing advice to clients, accurately valuing and listing properties to secure the best sale price.
- Proactively identify new business leads and market trends to position yourself as the local go-to property expert.
- Collaborate with the sales team to match listed properties with qualified buyers and drive overall branch profitability.
- Support branch management by running morning meetings and inspiring the team in the Branch Manager's absence.
