A highly regarded and established estate agency operating across Prime Central London is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead one of its flagship residential sales offices. The opportunity would suit a proven Sales Manager looking to take the next step or an existing Head of Sales seeking a fresh challenge within a premium market and a business with a strong reputation for service, results, and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a successful residential sales team
  • Drive revenue growth and maximise branch profitability
  • Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors
  • Oversee the progression of high-value property transactions
  • Implement business development strategies to increase market share
  • Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with all industry legislation and company procedures

About You

  • Proven estate agency sales management experience

  • Full UK driving licence
