We're looking for a Client Growth Manager to work closely with a portfolio of letting agent partners, helping them maximise the value of a market-leading platform.
This is a relationship-led role with a strong commercial focus, where success is measured by client performance, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development.
Working from home and in the field, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them improve processes, drive engagement, and embed best practices that deliver measurable results.
The Role
As Client Growth Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of letting agent partners, helping them optimise performance and maximise commercial opportunities.
You'll work closely with agency owners, branch managers, and lettings teams to ensure they are fully engaged with the platform, understand its value, and have the right processes in place to achieve success.
Key responsibilities include
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with letting agent partners.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across your portfolio.
- Driving revenue growth through increased engagement, adoption, and performance.
- Delivering training, coaching, and best practice sessions to client teams.
- Analysing account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting behavioural and process changes that improve client outcomes.
- Conducting regular account reviews and presenting performance insights.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding, retention, and growth.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and account plans.
- Representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
This is a home-based role involving regular travel to see clients, typically up to three days per week.
