The Role Experienced Sales Manager wanted for a busy, well-established estate agency in Dorking. Lead a high-performing sales team, drive growth, and deliver outstanding client service in a competitive local market.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Drive listings, sales, and branch performance
• Build strong client and vendor relationships
• Conduct valuations and win new instructions
• Stay on top of local market trends
• Coach and develop junior staff

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years in residential property sales
• Proven leadership and sales track record
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Full UK driving licence
