What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full 360° sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification to closing new business.
- Actively sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calls, research, LinkedIn outreach, events, and industry intel.
- Understanding and articulating our value proposition to a wide range of prospective customers.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision makers in estate and letting agencies.
- Handling objections confidently and creatively to keep opportunities moving forward.
- Demonstrating software solutions (with support where needed) and managing a consultative sales process.
- Keeping your pipeline, activity and forecasting up to date in HubSpot.
- Collaborating with the wider sales, marketing, and product teams to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and approach.
Who we’re looking for

- Confident communicator: able to get in front of senior stakeholders and run professional, structured sales conversations.
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) is a plus, but not essential.

As an Account Executive we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
- Within 1 month: Fully onboarded, with a solid understanding of our services, sales process, and ICP (ideal customer profile). Comfortable navigating Hubspot and logging outreach and pipeline activity consistently. Actively prospecting and beginning to generate qualified opportunities.
- Within 3 months: Managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and progressing prospects through the sales funnel. Confidently delivering the pitch and handling objections effectively. Demonstrating consistent outreach, meeting volume, and pipeline growth targets.
- Within 6 months: Closing deals and hitting initial revenue targets. Becoming a visible and valued member of the sales team, contributing ideas and feedback on lead quality, messaging and sales strategy. Developing deeper property industry knowledge and confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
