Our client, a leading national estate agent, is looking for an ambitious Estate Agency Branch Manager to lead a successful residential sales office in Cromer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take ownership of an established branch, drive growth, win new instructions and develop a high‑performing property sales team.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, leading from the front and driving both team performance and property market share. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be actively involved in valuing properties, winning instructions, coaching your team and delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a successful estate agency team
- Drive residential property sales and branch profitability
- Conduct market appraisals and win new property listings
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
- Coach and mentor team members to maximise performance
- Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the property transaction

About You
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator, Valuer or similar estate agency leadership role
- Proven track record within residential property sales
- Strong business development and instruction‑winning ability
- Excellent people management and coaching skills
- Commercially aware and target‑driven
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Full UK driving licence
