- Support the Sales Director with daily operations and team leadership.

- Oversee applicant management, diary flow, viewing quality and sales progression.
- Contribute to pipeline reviews, pricing recommendations and weekly KPIs.
- Work mainly from Cobham, with flexibility across Claygate and Hinchley Wood.
